How can I read ePress® periodicals?

Find a list of periodicals available in the ePress® publishing service at www.epress.fi. The service is a publishing platform for digital periodicals and publications which works on any device with an Internet connection and a browser.

There is no need to install any applications or plugins. To read periodicals available in the ePress® service, you a need reading license. Licenses are provided by the distribution points, or reading hubs, in our ePress® service partner network at our partner locations, through a HotSpot connection, or remotely.

What is an ePress® HotSpot?

The ePress® publishing service is a distribution channel for the digital publications (e-magazines, digital copies) of newspaper and magazine publishers. The service is available at various ePress® distribution points that include e.g. libraries, travel and accommodation services, entertainment and recreational centers, lobbies and waiting rooms and other public spaces and operators who want to provide a wide selection of high-quality periodicals and a real-time news service to their customers.

Our network of ePress® distribution points and reading hubs is constantly growing. You can easily find your nearest reading hub on the home page of our service.

What is an ePress® HotSpot?

An ePress® HotSpot provides reading access to our service via our distribution partners’ Wi-Fi network. A HotSpot allows users to access the service with their personal devices at a distribution partner’s facility either via an open or a password-protected Wi-Fi network. ePress® HotSpot reading hubs are easy to locate and identify with the help of the marketing and user guidance materials we provide to our distribution partners and with the HotSpot reading hub map search.
